“John and his team tackled a cocktail hour and three-course seated dinner for nearly 250 guests at my wedding and nailed it. He totally customized a menu for us based on what we liked, what was in season and what he could source locally, which was very important to us. Our dinner menu included a Field Greens Salad with goat cheese and local veggies, Butternut Squash Soup, and Fruits de Mer risotto, which John and his crew executed seamlessly. Not only was the entire dinner beautiful, but everything was so delicious. I still have guests that talk about the food at my wedding, and we are celebrating our 3rd anniversary this year!
