Every year hundreds of thousands of people from around the world head to New Orleans to celebrate Mardi Gras, but folks in Charleston didn’t have to travel to New Orleans to enjoy the first Mardi Gras Ball that was held on January 30, 2010 at Memminger Auditorium. Cru Catering provided authentic Mardi Gras fare for this fantastic event as revelers dressed in their favorite Fat Tuesday attire and celebrated the night away.
