We are staying together at a house on Kiawah, and are thinking that it might be nice to have someone come in and prepare a meal on the second night (Thursday, 11/3) rather than going out. Do you do that kind of thing for groups our size? If so, how does it work? I'd like to understand menu options, cost, timing, etc. This is a good friend, and we want it to be nice in a manly kind of way. Something simple like steaks, baked potatoes, a few sides, and a desert would work well. Doesn't need to be complicated. If you don't do this, can you recommend someone good who does?
