As we are kicking off the new year, and the spring wedding season, we took a moment to reflect on our 2014 occasions. While all our events are wonderful & unique a few stuck out as staff favorites…
Cru Catering Director, Jill Christy, fondly remembers a spring 2014 wedding… “I had a favorite one with Kristin Newman Designs at Runneymead because we set up a square food bar that guests could get a different plate from each 4 sides of our bar,” says Jill. The Cru Crew is always looking for new ways to make events run smoothly and this bar was awesome.
What did Cru serve? Lobster Mac and Cheese, Super Foods Kale Salad Bar, Small Plate of Pan Seared Local Grouper, Basil and Parsnip Puree and Succotash and Taste of the Lowcountry with pulled pork belly, coleslaw, pickled vegetables and cornbread bites.
